Most script packs are for PC. XIM Matrix configs are available in the Gear Shop specifically for console players — they let you apply mouse-and-keyboard-style precision on PlayStation and Xbox. Each product listing clearly states what it's compatible with.

Most orders are confirmed and delivered within 5–15 minutes during active hours. If it takes longer, a support ticket is automatically opened for your order — you can reply to it directly from the confirmation screen or reach us on Discord.

Check your spam folder first — email filters sometimes catch our delivery messages. If it's not there, check your order confirmation screen for your ticket number. You can reply to that ticket or head to Discord and drop your ticket ID in the support channel for a fast response.

Delivery emails come from our store system. If you're not sure which address to look for, check your ticket confirmation screen — it will show the delivery email address used for your order. Adding it to your contacts prevents future emails going to spam.
