Delivery Policy

All Untamed Aim products are digital goods delivered by email after payment confirmation. There is nothing physical to ship.

Standard Delivery
5–15 minutes after your payment is confirmed during active hours.

Orders placed outside active hours are processed as soon as our team is back online — typically within a few hours.

Config files and setup guide sent directly to the email address you provided at checkout.
Didn't receive your order? Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, open a support ticket using your order ID — every order automatically creates one — or reach us on Discord. We will make it right.

A support ticket is automatically created for every order so you always have a direct line to our team. You can reply to it from your order confirmation screen at any time.

💰 Refund Policy

Because our products are digital configuration files delivered immediately, all sales are final once the product has been delivered to your email. This is standard practice for all digital goods.

However, we stand behind what we sell. If any of the following apply to your order, open a support ticket and we will resolve it:

  • You received the wrong product or wrong variant
  • Your order was never delivered after 24 hours and you cannot reach us on Discord
  • There is a technical issue with the files that makes them unusable
  • You were charged twice for the same order
We do not offer refunds for: change of mind, not reading compatibility requirements before purchase, or performance expectations that differ from what the product description states. If you have questions before buying, ask us on Discord first.

To request a resolution, use the support ticket linked to your order or open a new one at the support page. Include your order ID and a brief description. Our team responds within 24 hours.

💾 Digital Product Terms

When you purchase a configuration pack from Untamed Aim, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the included files and settings on your own account.

  • You may use the configs on your own gaming accounts
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files publicly
  • You may not claim the configs as your own work
  • Pro Bundle purchasers receive priority Discord support for the duration stated at purchase
  • Lifetime Access holders receive all future pack updates at no additional charge

Configuration packs are maintained and updated after major game patches. Updates are delivered to existing customers at no additional cost.

Compatibility note: Most script packs require a compatible input device (such as XIM Matrix for console, or a supported macro device for PC). Each product listing clearly states what hardware is required. If you are unsure, ask before buying.
💳 Payment

We accept Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal. Payment handles are shown at checkout. Send the exact amount displayed — our team confirms your order as soon as payment is received.

  • Do not add notes or descriptions to your payment that could flag the transaction
  • Do not send payments as "goods and services" on platforms that charge fees — send the exact amount shown
  • If you sent the wrong amount, reply to your support ticket immediately and we will sort it out

Stripe card payments are available on select products. Stripe transactions are processed securely and never handled by our team.

🔒 Privacy & Your Data

We collect your email address and order details for the sole purpose of delivering your product and providing order support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party.

  • Your email is used only to deliver your order and send order-related communications
  • Order data is stored securely and only accessible by our team
  • You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the support page
👥 Community & Conduct

Access to our Discord server and priority support channels is a benefit, not a right. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward our team or other community members will result in removal without refund.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who has previously engaged in fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of our support system, or redistribution of purchased files.
