All Untamed Aim products are digital goods delivered by email after payment confirmation. There is nothing physical to ship.
A support ticket is automatically created for every order so you always have a direct line to our team. You can reply to it from your order confirmation screen at any time.
Because our products are digital configuration files delivered immediately, all sales are final once the product has been delivered to your email. This is standard practice for all digital goods.

To request a resolution, use the support ticket linked to your order or open a new one at the support page. Include your order ID and a brief description. Our team responds within 24 hours.
When you purchase a configuration pack from Untamed Aim, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the included files and settings on your own account.
Configuration packs are maintained and updated after major game patches. Updates are delivered to existing customers at no additional cost.
We accept Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal. Payment handles are shown at checkout. Send the exact amount displayed — our team confirms your order as soon as payment is received.
Stripe card payments are available on select products. Stripe transactions are processed securely and never handled by our team.
We collect your email address and order details for the sole purpose of delivering your product and providing order support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party.
Access to our Discord server and priority support channels is a benefit, not a right. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward our team or other community members will result in removal without refund.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who has previously engaged in fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of our support system, or redistribution of purchased files.
